Bladder cancer is one of the types of disease that is not easily detected and diagnosed. Typical symptoms of bladder cancer are painful urination or unfruitful urination at all. Blood in the urine makes it appear dark red amber in color. Additional tests are needed to determine the presence of any stages of bladder cancer. After testing and diagnosing bladder cancer, it is still best to contact an expert because treatment options differ from the stage of cancer and the immune system of any particular individual.

Carcinoma in situations is usually the primary stage of bladder cancer. At this stage, the cancer cells are placed in the bladder lining. An internal examination will show if there is tissue swelling after the removal of cancer. Several types of treatment can be given to the patient if there was no swelling such as cystoscope to remove cancer cells. Below are the stages of bladder cancer.

Stages of bladder cancer

Stage 1

The first stage of bladder cancer is said to occur when malignant cancer cells spread to the bladder mucosa. The bladder cancer survival rate is relatively high at about 85% at this stage. Radiotherapy is the best treatment options for patients at this stage. This involves the use of radio waves to kill cancer cells. Surgery removal of the infected part can also be done.
